The book was #1 on McNally Robinson’s Bestsellers list (Paperback, Non-Fiction) from the beginning, for three consecutive weeks. It spent 12 of the last 17 weeks of 2015 on the Bestsellers list, ending at #6 for 2015 list.

As well, part of the proceeds of the sales of the book will go to a fund for Gabe.
